Payment is due at the time of service. A 50% deposit is required to hold dates. I accept cash, checks (PAYABLE TO Cindy Chervenak) and PayPal (PayPal.Me/cindycherv).

Holidays: A 50% surcharge for visits on the following Holidays:

New Year's Eve (after 4:00 pm)

New Year's Day

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day


Christmas Eve (after 4:00 pm)

Christmas Day

There is a $5.00 surcharge for visits before 8:00 am and after 8:00 pm.

Please provide a key at initial Meet & Greet that I can keep for future visits. ADDITIONAL Trip for Key Pick Up and/or Drop Off is $15.00. Garage door codes/keypads are acceptable. However, if there is a power outage, malfunction or the battery is dead, I will not be able to get to your pet. A key is recommended for backup.

The first Meet & Greet is complimentary. If you want me to come back in the future before visits are needed, a fee equal to one visit is charged. This would be to go over alarm systems, meet any new pets, review instructions, etc.

Transportation Service is available to take your pet to the vet, groomer, boarding, etc. $25.00 one way or $40.00 round trip. Additional charge of $25.00/hour if I need to stay with your pet the entire time.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service charge, I require at least 12 hours notice for the cancellation of a scheduled visit. If I arrive and am no longer needed, the total service charge is due.
